The next-generation intelligent content platform uses huge language models to gather customers’ digital assets and personalize experiences.
Omnicom is moving deeper into the generative AI space with the introduction of ArtBotAI, their next-generation intelligent content platform aimed to answer what is described as a typical CMO dilemma: how to efficiently optimize creative material at scale without sacrificing quality. According to the release information, ArtBotAI can assemble customers’ digital assets to create personalized experiences and is meant to address the load that content studios and one-off tools frequently struggle with.
“Elegance at scale—that was the original idea behind ArtBotAI,” said Paolo Yuvienco, Omnicom’s chief technology officer, in a statement. “There has never been a core solution that could combine their creative assets, templates, MarTech, AdTech, AI, and first and third-party data. ArtBotAI substitutes a complicated environment with something simple, attractive, and powerful to meet our clients’ content requirements.”
According to the announcement, ArtBotAI is part of Omnicom’s ambition to integrate generative AI into all aspects of the company’s operations. The platform’s generative AI power is derived from LLMs inside Omni, which are the product of enterprise collaborations with companies like as Adobe, Amazon, Getty, Google, and Microsoft (OpenAI). Last month, the business combined its worldwide production resources under one name, Omnicom Productions, to better use its internal AI capabilities, such as its ArtBot content automation system (an ArtBotAI forerunner) and its open operating system Omni.
Omnicom’s recent move comes after a successful first quarter when the business reported a 5.4% year-over-year revenue increase to $3.63 billion. Organic growth, a crucial indicator of agency health, increased 4% year over year. In May, the business announced that it was bringing cultural insights consultant Sparks & Honey closer to Omnicom Media Group to strengthen its Omni platform. Omnicom will release its second-quarter financial reports on July 16.
