Cancellation and Refund Policy for Marketing Lad and GRC


This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which customers may cancel services and request refunds from Marketing Lad and its subsidiary, Google Rank Check (GRC). We aim to provide clear, fair, and transparent guidelines regarding cancellation and refund processes to ensure a positive experience for all our clients.

Cancellation Policy

Services Cancellation

Notice Period: Clients wishing to cancel a service must provide a written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.


Immediate Cancellation: If a client requests immediate cancellation, services will cease within 5 business days from the date of request. Any prepaid fees for services beyond the cancellation date may be eligible for a refund as per our refund policy below.

Project Cancellation

Project-based Work: For project-based work, clients may cancel within 7 days of the project start date. If work has already commenced, charges may be incurred for completed work.


Cancellation After 7 Days: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 7 days from the project start date.

Refund Policy

Service Subscriptions

Prepaid Services: Clients who have prepaid for services may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the service, provided the cancellation request is made per the notice period outlined above.


Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds will be issued for months where services have been partially or fully utilized.


Project-based Work

Deposit: Deposits for project-based work are non-refundable after the 7-day grace period from the project start date.


Completed Work: If a project is cancelled after work has commenced but before completion, the client will be billed for the work completed at the time of cancellation. Any excess payment beyond this will be refunded.


Quality Concerns: If cancellation is due to unsatisfactory service, clients are encouraged to contact customer service within 14 days of service delivery or project completion. Eligibility for refunds in such cases will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.


Service Disruption: In the rare event of a significant service disruption caused by us, clients may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the extent of the disruption and the impact on service delivery.

Processing Refunds

Refund Request: All refund requests must be submitted in writing.


Approval Timeframe: Upon receiving a refund request, Marketing Lad and GRC will process the request within 10 business days. The decision regarding the eligibility and amount of the refund will be communicated to the client.


Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used by the client. If this is not possible, an alternative refund method will be arranged.


Marketing Lad and GRC reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes that affect their service agreement.
