Marketing Lad
Marketing Lad is a link building and content services enterprise. We provide our campaigns and services after we receive the partial/full fee. Once the project is completed we send the final invoice. As a client or service partner, you shall consent to the following terms and conditions of the services offered by Marketing Lad.

- Create written content like blogs and articles.
- Initiate placement and submission reports.
- Work on link popularity by generating backlinks from other websites.
- Fetch potential bloggers that shall publish content promoting the customer’s brand.

Termination of agreement
- As an ethical measure, the agreement stands null and void, if the client is found to be indulged in illegal and offensive websites and industries.
- Any content which endorses hate, racism, animal abuse, product, defamation aimed at any person, community and institution will be found offensive, may lead to the termination of the agreement, and the client shall be liable for the consequent loss.
Non Disclosure Policy
- We maintain utmost confidentiality for the client information and only share the necessary job work to any third party, that too with the client’s autonomous consent.
- The electronic agreement between the Marketing Lad and the client stands valid with your autonomous consent.
- This agreement shall not be considered as NDA, unless both the parties, Marketing Lad and the client, enter into any such legal agreement in writing, mutually.
Refund & Cancellations
Marketing Lad does not offer refunds for link-building services under any circumstances.
This is because all placements are published on third-party websites that we do not own or control. Once outreach and editorial work are completed, the cost is already incurred by our team.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that all payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of changes to third-party website policies, edits, delays, removals, or rejections.
Link Removal & Replacement Policy
Although we cannot control third-party websites, we provide the following goodwill guarantee:
If a link we built is removed within 3 months of publishing, Marketing Lad will provide one free replacement link of similar quality (DR, traffic, and relevance).
Free replacement is offered only once per link and does not apply if the removal is caused by:
Website shutdown or migration
Change in editorial guidelines
Manual penalty or Google updates
Spam cleanup or mass content purge by the site owner
Client editing the content after delivery
Beyond the 3-month period, link removals are considered normal risk associated with SEO, and no replacement or refund is offered.
Editorial Control
All final publishing decisions are made by the website editors, not Marketing Lad.
This includes:
Anchor text changes
Content adjustments
Placement location
Publishing timelines
Acceptance or rejection of guest posts / mentions
Marketing Lad ensures high-quality content and outreach, but editorial control always remains with the publisher.
No Guarantee of Rankings or Traffic
SEO results depend on many external factors (algorithm updates, competitors, website health, niche difficulty, content quality, etc.). Therefore:
Marketing Lad does not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic growth, or conversions resulting from only link-building work.
We guarantee effort, quality, and deliverables, not outcomes controlled by search engines.
Third-Party Website Changes
Marketing Lad is not responsible for any of the following on third-party sites:
Website downtime or outage
Changes in guidelines or editorial rules
Removal or editing of published content
Domain rating (DR) increases or decreases
Ownership transfers
Category or URL restructuring
Rel=nofollow / rel=sponsored changes
Reindexing or deindexing by Google
Once the link is live and approved, it is considered successfully delivered.
Turnaround Time (TAT)
Turnaround times given are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays may occur due to:
Editor backlog
Website review timelines
Niche sensitivity
Seasonal publishing delays
We always strive to deliver as fast as possible, but publishing timelines are not guaranteed.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery, the client must:
Provide accurate website details
Not modify content or links after publishing
Approve anchors or topics in a timely manner
Avoid spam tactics that may cause penalties
Maintain a healthy website (technical & on-page SEO)
Marketing Lad is not responsible for SEO performance issues caused by the client’s website.
Limitation of Liability
Marketing Lad’s liability for any service is strictly limited to the amount paid for that specific service and no additional damages or claims may be pursued.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to Marketing Lad’s services, deliverables, or agreements shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, not through court proceedings.
Both parties agree that:
Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class action.
The arbitration process will follow standard commercial arbitration rules applicable in India.
Each party is responsible for its own legal fees unless otherwise required by law.
By using our services, the client waives the right to a court trial (including jury trial) and agrees to resolve disputes privately through arbitration.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute relating to our services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, India.
Clients agree that:
The exclusive venue for any permitted legal action (outside arbitration) shall be the courts located in Srinagar, J&K.
No other jurisdiction, state, or country laws will apply.
Marketing Lad cannot be sued in any jurisdiction other than Srinagar, J&K.
Limitation of Legal Claims
Any claim or dispute must be raised within 90 days of the service date.
Claims made after this period are considered waived and invalid.
Marketing Lad’s maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Class Action Waiver
Clients agree that:
No claim may be brought as a class action, collective action, or private attorney general action.
Disputes must be filed individually.
Consolidation of claims is not permitted.
This protects both parties from unnecessary litigation and promotes efficient dispute resolution.
